The intensive 3 hour course designed by Head Tutor Mark Peregrine, a talented chef of over 30 years’ experience with a passion for passing on his skills to students. Under his expert guidance or under the tutelage of one of his team, you’ll create a three-course meal using fantastic fresh, seasonal ingredients. Courses are suitable for all levels, so whether you’re a seasoned cook or a complete novice, you will find this a really worthwhile experience.
