The Thai cooking classes are amongst of the most popular at her Hertfordshire school. They are all totally hands on with each participant having their own hob and worktop space. The emphasis is very much on the spices and flavours of Thai cuisine so you’ll be going on a bit of a spice trail to discover how everyday ingredients are transformed into flavoursome classic Thai dishes when the right herbs and spices are used.In fact the basis of good Thai cooking is simplicity. The trick is to combine fresh ingredients with special blends of herbs to create that fragrant Thai cuisine you love. You’ll cover some classic Thai recipes during these classes including spring rolls Thai fish cakes and much-loved spicy Thai soups.And of course not only will be making the food during your Thai cooking class in Hertfordshire you’ll be taste testing it too!
