Flavoured with liqueurs and fresh herbs then served with edible flower decorations these unusual gin pot-tails really stand out. And of course they are really tasty too. It might be a mix of gin with bitter lemon or perhaps a blend of raspberry liqueur mixed with a dash of Prosecco. Whichever gin cocktails are being served onboard they will be a superb accompaniment to your cakes sandwiches and scones. If you’re really not a gin lover you can ask in advance for the gin to be substituted by a different spirit. And if you have dietary requirements these can be booked in advance too. Although these vintage double decker buses aren’t wheelchair accessible there are tables on the lower deck which means you don’t have to climb the stairs to the tables on the upper deck.Whether you choose to cruise past the likes of Holyrood House on the Edinburgh route or Provand’s Lordship on the Glasgow route you’re bound to love this nostalgic bus trip with afternoon tea and those eye-catching gin pot-tails included!
