Your tutor is Gilly Robinson, an experienced chef and teacher who will take you through some gorgeous dishes and classic sauces including pan-fried sea trout with hollandaise, plaice goujons with butter sauce, classically dressed crab and lobster and razor clams with chorizo. Gilly will round of the day by demonstrating how to prepare an impressive Plateau de fruits de mer. You and your fellow students can enjoy all the dishes you make during the day with a glass of wine.
